About the Course

Every therapist wants a faster path to healing for traumatized clients. Deep, lasting change, without the long treatment period and the risk of retraumatization. Nowhere does that need feel more urgent than with attachment trauma, where the betrayal happened inside the relationships that were supposed to be the safest.

Super Resourcing is rooted in the same principles as EMDR, IFS, and attachment theory, but it works differently. Instead of focusing on the trauma itself, SR strengthens a client’s internal resources and helps wounded parts feel safe, supported and integrated. The result is less dissociation and fragmentation, genuine attachment repair, and a new positive personal narrative, all without revisiting distressing trauma memories.

You will learn SR directly from its developer, Alison Teal, MFT, a certified EMDRIA therapist and consultant, with step by step guidance for integrating it into whatever framework you already use.

What You Will Learn

• Create the safety, protection and guidance that are critical to good therapy
• Reduce trauma symptoms without processing trauma directly
• Provide gentle, effective attachment repair for wounded parts
• Guide clients in building their own corrective emotional environment
• Learn from immersive case studies and video of real SR sessions
• Experience SR yourself through a group guided session

Who It Is For

Counselors, social workers, marriage and family therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, addiction counselors, psychotherapists, and other mental health professionals.

No prior EMDR, IFS or other training is required. SR can be integrated into whatever frameworks you already use.

Schedule and Registration

There will be a 70 minute lunch and two 15 minute breaks, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. If you cannot attend live, a recording package can be added at registration.
