Benefits
Trained SR Therapists receive valuable benefits, including:
- Market yourself as a Trained SR Therapist
- Receive client referrals. You have the option to be included in our SRI “Find a SR Therapist” database which includes a link to your business website and information about your SR practice. We encourage you to add a SR section on your website so that perspective clients can know more about you and what you offer.
Requirements
To apply for Trained SR Therapist (Level 1) status, the following requirements must be met:
- Provide a copy of your current license to work independently as a mental health professional in the state or province where you practice.
- Complete a 6.0 (or higher) Continuing Education credit course presented after 2022. This requirement may be filled by: 1. Online livestreamed webinar, 2. In-person course, 3. Self-paced home study program, 4. Agency or training which is equivalent to the 6.0 CE Credit course.
- Submit a Certificate of Completion from the organization sponsoring your coursework. Each organization will have its own instructions for acquiring the certificate. Most will require the successful completion of a quiz.
Application Process
Application Fee: $50 USD
When the required materials are complete, please fill out the application form using the link below and submit to The Super Resourcing Institute office. Once your application has been processed, you will receive your Certificate and Badge for Trained SR Therapist.
