Deep\, lasting change\, without the long treatment period and the risk of retraumatization. Nowhere does that need feel more urgent than with attachment trauma\, where the betrayal happened inside the relationships that were supposed to be the safest. \nSuper Resourcing is rooted in the same principles as EMDR\, IFS\, and attachment theory\, but it works differently.
